A native Houstonian and Broker since the 1970s. Mike comes to Ray Allison, Realtors after having been an independent broker for many years, specializing in the Southeast area of Houston. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a B. B. A. in Business. Michael specializes in helping folks find their ideal home. While not out showing property he spends time with family and friends, both here in Houston and all through south Texas.

Ronald Fielder has been a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the Houston area since 1985 and on the FHA appraiser list since 1991. Prior to that I owned several other businesses and earned a Bachelors Degree and then a Master from the University of Texas in Austin. In addition to the appraisal business, I have invested in real estate, own rental homes and have been a member of several investor groups.

David Zambrano has recently become a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. To become a state licensed appraiser, there are extensive education requirements as well as real world experience that must be logged. Likewise, appraisers must abide by a stringent industry code of ethics and observe the national standards of practice for real estate appraisal. The tenets for carrying out an appraisal and communicating its results are in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). We also abide by the Realtor Code of Ethics.
David joined the team in 2017 working with me part-time as he worked towards his certification. He was also simultaneously employed as an adjunct professor with San Jacinto College and as a bilingual educator with Deer Park ISD. For many years, David also worked as an independent residential remodeler; therefore, he always understood the costs involved in seeing a project through, but now he has a much better understanding of the value it may bring to a residence. Tom had a long career in the banking industry. He was a Regional Manager of The Private Bank Division at Texas Commerce Bank, President & CEO of Clear Lake National Bank, and an organizing director of Texas Citizens Bank. He served as regional president of Texas Citizens Bank for 14 years. Tom retired from banking and now has a full time focus on commercial real estate.

His service first approach is reflected in his day to day interactions with customers and team members. Tom's business experience provides him the ability to guide a transaction from the start to finish in an organized manner.
